Role Description The Site Civil Engineer role at Naukripay group is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad.

The Site Civil

Engineer is responsible for supervising civil works at project sites, ensuring that designs and plans are implemented safely, accurately, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include site planning, overseeing construction activities, coordinating with contractors and project managers, monitoring materials and resources, and verifying quality and timelines. The role also involves preparing and reviewing drawings and documentation, supporting stormwater and drainage solutions, conducting site inspections, and resolving technical issues that arise during execution.

Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering fundamentals: Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, including structural, geotechnical, and infrastructure concepts.
- Site and project planning: Candidates should possess skills in Planning and practical application of Civil Engineering principles for construction sequencing, resource allocation, and site coordination.
- Water and drainage systems: Candidates should possess skills related to Stormwater Management and associated drainage design and implementation for urban and industrial projects.
- Professional practice: Candidates should be qualified Civil Engineers, with the ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Prior on-site civil construction experience, preferably in infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Technical tools: Familiarity with CAD software, basic structural and hydraulic analysis tools, and MS Office for reports and documentation.
- Additional competencies: Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Compliance and safety: Understanding of site safety practices, quality control procedures, and statutory regulations applicable to civil works.
