Store / Showroom Manager with Experience in Innovative Retail Display Concepts

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our display center, focusing on innovative display concepts. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Display Center, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and maximizing sales and profitability. Your expertise in handling an inspiring and visually captivating store layout will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Display Concept Management:

- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of innovative display concepts to design and maintain an engaging and visually appealing store layout.
- Curate displays that showcase products in an interactive and captivating manner, ensuring maximum impact on potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies that align with the store's unique display concept.

Store Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment orders, and ensure that all products are adequately displayed and available for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.

Customer Experience:

- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that the team maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Train and coach store staff to provide product knowledge and effectively engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Sales and Performance:

- Set sales targets and goals for the store, motivating the team to achieve and exceed them.




- Analyze sales data and store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Regularly report store performance to higher management, highlighting achievements and challenges.

Staff Management:

- Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified store staff, ensuring that they receive proper training in the innovative display concepts and store operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work workplace that encourages teamwork and individual excellence.

Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure the store complies with all health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working and shopping environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role, with specific expertise in managing a retail display center with innovative concepts.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and their application in a retail setting.
