Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Short Form Script Writer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate understands how social media works, knows what captures attention in the first few seconds, and can write engaging scripts that drive views, retention,

and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Write high-performing short-form video scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,

and other social platforms.

Develop solid hooks, storytelling angles,



and content structures tailored for digital audiences.

Collaborate with content creators, editors, and marketing teams to execute content ideas.

Research trends, viral formats, audience behaviour, and platform best practices.

Adapt messaging for educational, promotional, and brand-building content.

Take complete ownership of assigned content projects from ideation to final script delivery.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in content writing, script writing, advertising, or related fields.

Strong understanding of short-form content and social media trends.

Basic knowledge of advertising, marketing, and consumer psychology.

Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work with high ownership.

Passion for creating content that educates, entertains, and converts.
