Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled CCTV Expert with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) features of surveillance, computer vision, and advanced monitoring systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in working with various types of CCTV technologies, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), and road safety-related surveillance projects. The role requires deep technical knowledge, project execution capability, and the ability to integrate AI-driven insights for enhanced safety and monitoring. Should have good working experience in green field project for CCTV installation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems across diverse environments. Work with multiple types of CCTV systems (IP cameras, analog, PTZ, thermal, panoramic, etc.).

- Set up cameras, DVRs/NVRs, encoders, monitors, and control units.

- Mount and align cameras at optimal angles based on surveillance coverage plans.

- Configure camera settings, including video resolution, frame rate, and streaming protocols (RTSP, ONVIF).

- Integrate CCTV systems with access control, fire alarms, and other security systems.

- Cabling & Networking Perform structured cabling (Cat6, coaxial, or fiber) for CCTV and supporting devices.

- Terminate cables and install connectors (RJ45, BNC, SC/LC fiber).

- Configure network components such as switches, routers, and PoE injectors/switches.

Handle IP addressing, subnetting, and basic firewall/NAT configurations.
- Implement and manage AI-enabled CCTV features (facial recognition, motion detection, intrusion detection,



behavior analysis).

- Develop and support projects involving computer vision for surveillance.

- Integrate ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) solutions for traffic and road safety monitoring.

- Troubleshoot system and network-level CCTV issues ensuring 24/7 uptime.

- Document system design, performance reports, and compliance with standards.

- Ensure data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance with legal guidelines for surveillance.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in CCTV systems, surveillance projects, and AI-based monitoring.

- Experience with ANPR and road safety-related CCTV deployments preferred.

- Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of CCTV technologies (IP, analog, PTZ, thermal, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled CCTV features (facial recognition, motion detection, intrusion alerts).

- Expertise in ANPR solutions for traffic management and security.

- Knowledge of networking protocols, storage systems, and VMS (Video Management Systems).

- Having good understanding of Video storage like NVR systems and Video management software like Milestone.

- Experience in smart surveillance for road safety and green field cctv projects.
