Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with robust expertise in FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow Platform Development. The role involves designing scalable solutions, leading customer workshops, managing enterprise integrations, and driving ServiceNow modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, and Platform Development.
- Conduct customer workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create solution blueprints, architecture documents, and implementation roadmaps.
- Design user experiences using UI Builder and Service Portal.
- Design enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure ServiceNow best practices.
- Lead platform upgrades, instance assessments, performance optimization, and modernization.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, PMs, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor development teams on architecture, governance,



and implementation standards.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Hands-on experience with FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM, and CMDB.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data models.
- Experience with UI Builder and Service Portal.
- Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Experience conducting client workshops and architectural discussions.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades, governance, instance management, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Dell Boomi or other enterprise integration platforms.
- IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Automation Engine.
- CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS.

Experience:
