Service RM- for Banking:
- Manage the Affluent Desk for a cluster of branches, ensuring seamless service delivery to mapped affluent clients
- Handle end-to-end client servicing, relationship management, and timely resolution of queries/escalations
- Ensure achievement of sales targets while actively tracking all relevant sales parameters, including third-party products (insurance, mutual funds, and investment products)
- Drive cross-sell, client activation, and growth in AUM through effective engagement with the affluent client base
- Maintain high customer service standards, solid communication, and strict adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines
