About the Role

This is a front-seat role at a fast-growing, AI-native startup building the future of talent intelligence for the semiconductor industry.

.

This isn't a traditional SEO internship where you'll spend your time writing generic blog posts and checking keyword rankings.

You will work directly with the founder and work on all the latest AI tools used for growth and SEO engineering.

You'll be expected to find opportunities, build things, experiment, measure results, and move fast.

The goal is simple: Find what people in the semiconductor ecosystem are searching for → build the best answer → get it in front of them.

You'll have significant autonomy and direct exposure to the founders and product. We also focus on your personal learning, and mentor you along this exciting journey.

What You'll Do SEO

- Research high-value keywords and search opportunities in the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Discover questions engineers, recruiters,



and semiconductor companies are asking online.
- Build and optimize pages designed to rank organically.
- Improve existing pages for rankings, engagement, and conversions.
- Work on technical and on-page SEO.
- Build internal linking and content structures.
- Identify opportunities for programmatic SEO at scale .

AI-Native Content

- Use AI tools to dramatically accelerate research and content production.
- Turn semiconductor data and research into useful content.
- Create technical explainers, industry reports, salary insights, company profiles, career guides, and other search-driven content.

- Develop repeatable AI workflows for researching and publishing content.
- Experiment with different AI models and tools to improve speed and quality.

Growth

- Identify unconventional channels for acquiring users.

- Analyze competitors and reverse-engineer their growth strategies.
- Run small experiments and measure their results.
- Find opportunities to turn SiliconBoard's data into distribution.

- Help create content and products that naturally attract semiconductor professionals and companies.
- Track what works and double down on it.

- You come from an electronics, electrical, semiconductor, VLSI, embedded systems, or chip engineering background .

- You understand semiconductor terminology.
- You have written technical content.

- You have used Google Search Console or Google Analytics.
- You have used Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO tools.
- You have experimented with programmatic SEO.
- You've built something using AI.
- You naturally obsess over how things rank, spread, and grow.
