SEO Executive / SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Executive / SEO Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Content Optimization and SEO Tools.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of current SEO practices, be comfortable working with AI-powered tools, and have strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute effective On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research, keyword mapping and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking and content.
- Handle Off-Page SEO activities, including link building, guest posting, business listings and other relevant SEO techniques.
- Identify and resolve basic Technical SEO issues such as crawlability, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, sitemap and robots.txt.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Create SEO-friendly content briefs and optimize website content according to search intent.
- Have a good understanding of Content Writing and Content Optimization.
- Use AI tools effectively for content research, ideation, optimization and SEO workflows while maintaining content quality.
- Work with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest or similar tools.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks and overall SEO performance.
- Analyze competitors and identify keyword and content opportunities.




- Prepare regular SEO reports and performance analysis.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI Search, AEO/GEO and up-to-date search optimization practices.
- Coordinate with content, development and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of practical SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO & Off-Page SEO.
- Good understanding of Technical SEO.
- Good Content Writing and Content Optimization skills.
- Strong knowledge of Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools.
- Good understanding of Google Search Console & GA4.
- Knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted SEO workflows.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and website structure will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing SEO trends.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on multiple websites/projects.
- Understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Knowledge of WordPress/CMS.
- Understanding of Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals and website performance.
- Basic knowledge of AI Search Optimization, AEO and GEO.
- Experience in creating SEO strategies based on search intent and user behavior.
