Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues via telephone, email, or remote sessions to ensure seamless operations.

- Administer, operate, and manage vSphere Datacenter, ensuring optimal performance and security.

- Implement and manage upgrades for ESXi and vCenter, ensuring compliance with latest standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field.

- Minimum of 9 years of experience in an Enterprise Managed Service workplace, with a focus on VMware solutions.

- Certification in VMware VCP, HPE certifications (ATP/ASE – Server Solutions, Synergy), RHCSA, CCNA, or ITIL.

- Proficiency in vSphere Datacenter management, ESXi command-line interface, and vCenter cluster features.

- Experience with HPE compute platforms, including ProLiant DL series, Synergy, and Apollo systems.

- Strong understanding of virtualization storage integration, SAN/NAS concepts, and ITIL processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to high-quality product support.
