Good communication skills and confidence, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, Business Analysts, development teams, and business stakeholders.

Strong hands-on experience in Health Insurance processes, including Policy Issuance, End-to-End Business Flows, Underwriting (UW) Rules, and Endorsements.

Good functional knowledge of Core Insurance Applications, Agent Portals, and Customer Websites.

Capable of understanding Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and User Stories, and translating them into effective test cases.

Experienced in preparing Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), test scenarios, and detailed test cases.

Positive understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Proficient in defect management and tracking using tools such as JIRA, with a good understanding of defect lifecycle management.
