About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Architect to lead and elevate our infrastructure and reliability practices. This senior technical role blends deep hands-on expertise with strategic vision across SRE, Observability, DevSecOps, FinOps, Automation, and Software Development. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing resilient systems, enabling developer productivity, and optimizing cost and security across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of high-availability, scalable, and reliable systems architecture.

- Drive SRE best practices including service reliability, performance, incident management, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.

- Architect end-to-end Observability platforms (monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting), enabling actionable insights and proactive operations.

Engage with customers and delivery teams to walk through solution designs, architect end-to-end solutions, and develop cost models for proposed solutions.

- Design and implement Observability solutions using LogicMonitor and Dynatrace, integrating with enterprise systems for comprehensive monitoring.

- Champion DevSecOps practicesintegrate security into CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated compliance.

- Lead FinOps initiatives; optimize infrastructure costs, implement cost controls, and drive financial accountability across engineering teams.

- Implement and manage FinOps tooling such as Cloudability and Vantage to enhance cloud cost visibility, forecasting, and optimization.

- Spearhead automation of infrastructure, deployment, and operational processes to reduce toil and accelerate innovation.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and security teams to design and deliver reliable, secure, and efficient platforms.

- Can guide SRE, DevOps, and development teams on reliability engineering, automation, and best practices.





- Stay abreast of industry trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.

- Contribute to the development of internal tooling and frameworks that enhance developer productivity and system reliability.

Required Qualifications:

- 15+ years of progressive experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, with significant architect-level responsibilities.

- Proven track record architecting and operating mission-critical, large-scale distributed systems in cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).

- Deep hands-on experience with Observability tools and practices, including designing and implementing solutions using LogicMonitor and Dynatrace.

- Robust expertise in DevSecOps: CI/CD, security automation, vulnerability management, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.).

- In-depth experience with FinOps frameworkscost optimization, forecasting, and budgeting for cloud and infrastructure platforms.

- Hands-on experience with FinOps tooling such as Cloudability and Vantage for cloud cost management and optimization.

- Expert-level proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes), including architecture, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Excellent programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, etc.) and experience building automation and tooling.

- Familiarity with modern application architectures: containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), microservices, serverless.

- Demonstrated leadership offer development .

- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in regulated industries and compliance (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA).

- Certifications in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP Architect), SRE, or FinOps.

- Open-source contributions or thought leadership in SRE, DevOps, or related communities.
