About the Role :

We are seeking hands-on engineers with a proven track record of building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade applications, scalable backend microservices, and modern cloud/AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development with 5 to 10 years of professional experience in building and scaling production-grade applications.
- Proficiency in building backend systems with Python, FastAPI, and Node.js, alongside a strong command of TypeScript for frontend development.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud-native architecture, including container orchestration with Kubernetes and deployment strategies on AWS.
- Ability to manage complex data schemas in PostgreSQL and implement caching strategies using Redis to optimize system performance.

Required Skill Sets :

- Full-Stack & Systems Engineering : Design,



build, and deploy high-concurrency applications and microservices using Python, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Contemporary Web Architectures : Build modular, responsive, and performant user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- API & Database Optimization : Develop high-throughput RESTful and GraphQL APIs (FastAPI, Express.js) and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
- Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps : Containerize applications using Docker, manage Kubernetes orchestrations, and maintain robust AWS or GCP deployment pipelines.
- AI & LLM Application Engineering : Integrate LLM APIs, retrieval pipelines (RAG), and agentic workflows into production software systems.
- Technical Ownership : Own features end-to-end from architectural design through testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
