Key Responsibilities

- Own the design and development of critical backend systems and platform capabilities.

- Design scalable APIs, integrations, data models, and asynchronous workflows.

- Architect and build automation across distribution and supply-chain workflows.

- Integrate and orchestrate ERP, OMS, WMS, external APIs, and partner portals.

- Transform complex, manual operational processes into reliable, scalable, and observable software systems.

- Lead system design and make pragmatic architecture decisions.

- Apply LLMs, computer-use technologies, and traditional automation where they provide meaningful business leverage.

- Identify situations where deterministic software is more reliable than AI-based approaches.

- Work directly with production systems, including deployment, monitoring, debugging, and operational improvements.

- Collaborate with product, operations, and non-technical stakeholders to understand real-world business problems.

- Influence product direction, engineering practices, architecture, and technical standards.

- Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them from concept through production.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience.

- Strong backend engineering expertise.

- Strong experience designing and building APIs and integrations.

- Strong understanding of asynchronous and distributed workflows.





- Excellent SQL and data-modelling skills.

- Strong system-design and architecture capabilities.

- Experience building, deploying, debugging, and operating production systems.

- Ability to work independently in lean, cross-functional teams.

- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.

- Comfortable working across architecture, implementation, production debugging, and business requirements.

AI / Automation Experience

- Practical understanding of applying LLMs and AI to real-world business workflows.

- Experience integrating AI/LLM models into software applications is highly valuable.

- Experience with model training is an advantage.

- Ability to evaluate when AI is appropriate versus when deterministic software provides a more reliable solution.

Positive to Have

- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or ERP systems.

- Experience with ERP, OMS, WMS, partner portals, or similar enterprise platforms.

- Experience building automation for operational or supply-chain processes.

- Experience building 1-to-2 products in ambiguous environments.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
