We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executives to join our Interior Sales team. Candidates with experience in Interior Sales, Ed Tech Sales, Real Estate Sales, Banking Sales, or other high-value consultative sales environments are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Present solutions and guide customers through the sales journey.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct consultations, follow-ups, and negotiations to drive conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Handle objections effectively and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.
Experience in Interior Sales, Ed Tech, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or other consultative sales roles is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation and closing abilities.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
