Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention.

- Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling insurance products.

- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.

- Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Insurance Sales, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and bancassurance channels.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
