Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager (2 Openings) to oversee Civil Property Assessment projects across urban departments in Maharashtra (complete on-site work). The primary objective is to lead all project phases—planning, field implementation, monitoring, and evaluation

Key Responsibilities

- Project Leadership: Develop comprehensive project plans, field survey timelines, data collection milestones, and deliverables while leading on-site civil survey and assessment teams.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise actively between municipal corporation officials, urban planners, survey technical teams, and local community representatives.

- Monitoring &
- Risk Management:

Track project KPIs, monitor field data accuracy, audit assessment rolls, prepare regular reports, and proactively resolve operational or regulatory roadblocks.

- Compliance &

- Quality Control:

Ensure full compliance with municipal acts, UDCPR and legal frameworks while conducting survey and and accurate property assessments.





Requirements

- Education &
- Experience:

MBA, or Master's degree in Public Administration, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.

- Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in managing complex public sector or urban development projects, with specialized knowledge of civil property surveys / civil work

- Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, analytical problem-solving skills, and proficiency in project management tools, Survey/Measurement tools / applications, or database systems used for property mapping and assessment.

- Values:

Preferred ability to communicate fluently in Marathi alongside English/Hindi; solid commitment to integrity, data accuracy, transparency, and public accountability.

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
