Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive project delivery from planning through execution and closure, ensuring projects meet timeline and quality goals.

- Work closely with engineering, QA, product, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Act as Scrum Master to facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, maintaining transparency with stakeholders.

- Identify delivery bottlenecks and coordinate with teams to resolve them effectively.

- Manage cross-functional dependencies and coordinate between teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

- Maintain project plans, dashboards, status reports, and delivery metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

- Support product owners and technical teams in maintaining and prioritizing the backlog, and facilitate estimation, release planning, and sprint planning activities.

- The Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master will lead technology projects within the Telecom Networking division in Chennai.

- This role combines project management and agile facilitation, focusing on delivering projects within set timelines and quality expectations.

- Key responsibilities include planning, tracking, and managing project delivery while facilitating Agile practices.





- The role requires managing stakeholders and dependencies effectively, ensuring seamless project execution.

- The position demands a strong understanding of software development and networking/telecom environments, although it is not a hands-on technical role.

- The Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master will work closely with engineering, QA, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery roles within technology sectors.

- Robust experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with proven track record of managing software/technology projects.

- Hands-on experience with Agile/project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

- In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies effectively.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive teams towards delivery.

- Good understanding of technical discussions, software applications, APIs, and testing processes, with the ability to bridge the gap between business, product, and engineering teams.

- Desirable to have experience in the Telecom/Networking domain and familiarity with networking concepts and telecom platforms.
