We are seeking a AGM Operations for a leading furnishing brand.

nn Job Profile:

nManage and troubleshoot day-to-day business operations across the complete order lifecycle, including:

nPurchase Order (PO) generation

nDDE processing

nGoods Receipt Note (GRN)

nStock updates in the Dealer Portal

nSales Order processing

nCustomer Care (CC) operations

nWarehouse (WH) operations

nDispatch execution

nE-Invoicing

nWork closely with Warehouse Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure seamless daily operations.

nEnsure adherence to defined processes and system policies.

nIdentify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

nCoordinate with the SAP and Infinity development teams for system enhancements and new feature implementations.

nDefine project scope and business requirements.

nFinalize business logic in consultation with stakeholders.

nManage implementation, testing, and user acceptance.

nEnsure smooth deployment and secure transition into the production environment.

nManage master data for Fabric, Rugs, and Bedding businesses.

nMaintain Customer Master, including pricing and discount structures.

nCreate and maintain Material Master records.

nMaintain Domestic and Export Price Masters.

nManage product listings and content updates for the website, including Fabric and Store categories.

nEnsure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

nCoordinate with external vendors for fabric flat-shot photography required for the website and dealer portals.

nEnsure timely availability of high-quality product images.

nCoordinate with courier service partners to ensure smooth logistics operations and uninterrupted invoice generation.





nResolve operational issues related to shipping and dispatch.

nCoordinate with payment gateway partners to ensure seamless online payment processing.

nTroubleshoot payment-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

nMaintain and manage master data across the Dealer Portal and Mobile App

nAdminister and customize the Dealer Portal based on business and customer-specific requirements for both Domestic and Export markets.

nEnsure system functionality aligns with evolving business needs.

nManage and maintain export-specific master data, including: Customer Item Mapping. HSN Code Verification, Export Pricing, Customer-Specific Price Lists

nSupport smooth execution of export order processing and related system activities.

nn AGM Operations Requirements

nBE / BTech (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related) and/or MBA (Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics) preferred

n10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in business operations across the complete order lifecycle

nMandatory exposure to the furnishing, textile, furniture, upholstery, or home decor manufacturing sector

nStrong, practical working knowledge of SAP HANA

nProven track record in Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, and yield optimization

nStrong leadership capability to manage plant-level PPC operations, direct cross-functional teams, set KPIs, and oversee vendor management

nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to align sales, procurement, production, and leadership teams

nHigh digital literacy with experience leveraging advanced Excel, business intelligence tools, and modern analytics to drive supply chain visibility and process automation
