About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior OpenText xECM / SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText Archive Server, Content Server, Documentum, and InfoArchive. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Digital Employee Folder (DEF/EDF) solutions integrated with SAP SuccessFactors, including document taxonomy, metadata, security, retention, governance, migration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct business process workshops with HR, Compliance, and IT stakeholders.
- Analyze SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.
- Design and implement OpenText xECM Digital Employee Folder (DEF/EDF) solutions.
- Define content taxonomy, metadata models, classifications, document types, and folder structures.
- Configure Business Workspaces and Workspace Templates.
- Configure categories, metadata, roles, and permissions.
- Implement Lifecycle Management and Records Management.
- Configure employee workspace creation and lifecycle event-based updates.
- Implement document retention, archival, governance, and compliance processes.
- Configure and validate integrations between OpenText xECM and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Lead document migration activities from legacy repositories.




- Define migration strategies and ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, legal hold, audit, security, and access-control requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders throughout solution design and implementation.

- Strong stakeholder-management and workshop-facilitation skills.
- Experience working with HR, Compliance, IT, and business teams.
- Experience with enterprise document management, governance, security, and compliance solutions.
