Mandatory Skills

· Hands-on experience with Senior nCino Development Lead.

- 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce and nCino development experience .
- Strong expertise in nCino Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Onboarding, Credit Management, Loan Servicing, and Banking Operations .
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Platform Events, and Flows .
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, governor limits, bulkification, trigger frameworks, and platform optimization techniques.




- Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Named Credentials, OAuth, Platform Events, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware solutions .
- Robust understanding of Salesforce DevOps using Git, Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices .
- Experience designing scalable data models, security models, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong experience in technical leadership, architecture reviews, code quality governance, and development best practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery teams in large-scale enterprise implementations.
