? Hiring: Senior Marine Crewing & Personnel Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marine Crewing & Personnel Manager to join our team

.

Key Requirements:

- 8–12 years of experience in Marine Crewing / Ship Management
- Strong experience in fleet-level crewing operations
- Expertise in seafarer recruitment, crew planning and crew changes

• Knowledge of MLC 2006, Flag State & maritime compliance

- Experience with crew travel, visas, documentation and cost control
- Robust stakeholder and team-management skills

• Experience with Oil, Chemical or Gas Tankers will be preferred

- Good knowledge of MS Office/Advanced Excel and crewing systems
