We are looking for a Senior Manager – Retail Application / Retail Technology to own the end-to-end retail technology landscape, including POS applications, Store Systems, Inventory Management, Auto Replenishment, Reporting & Analytics, and enterprise integrations .

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage end-to-end Retail POS and Store Technology platforms.
- Lead implementation, enhancement and support of POS, Inventory Management and Auto Replenishment solutions.
- Ensure availability, performance and supportability of retail applications across the store network.
- Manage Retail IT Helpdesk operations and SLA-driven support across PAN India.
- Drive Incident, Problem, Change and IT Service Management processes.
- Manage integrations between POS and ERP, CRM, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, WMS, Loyalty, Payments and Finance systems.
- Lead retail technology projects, system upgrades and new store rollouts.
- Manage technology vendors,



implementation partners and support providers.
- Partner with Retail Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance and Ecommerce teams.
- Lead and develop the retail technology/support team.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Retail Technology leadership .
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Retail POS and Store Operations .
- Experience with Inventory Management and Auto Replenishment .
- Strong understanding of Omnichannel Retail processes.
- Experience with POS integrations, APIs, Middleware and Data Interfaces .
- Experience integrating POS with ERP, CRM, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, WMS, Loyalty and Payment systems.
- Robust stakeholder, vendor, project and team management experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-location retail/store environments .

- Oracle POS Xstore
- Vinculum E-Retail OMS
- ITIL / Project Management / Retail Technology certification

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related discipline. MBA/PG qualification preferred.
