Role Description The Senior Manager will oversee end-to-end project and operational activities, ensuring offshore engineering initiatives are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This full-time on-site role, based in Mumbai, involves leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and managing project planning, execution, and performance tracking.

The Senior

Manager will develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, monitor compliance with industry standards and company policies, and address risks or issues that may impact project outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing technical and financial reports, guiding team members,



supporting resource allocation, and contributing to strategic decisions that enhance the organization’s service quality and market position.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in offshore engineering, marine services, or related infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of project lifecycles and operational requirements.
- Proven leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, conflict resolution, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management capabilities, such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance monitoring, using relevant tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prepare reports, conduct presentations, and maintain effective client and vendor relationships.
- Solid grasp of safety, regulatory, and quality standards applicable to offshore and marine operations, with a commitment to adherence and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marine studies, business management, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, adapt to changing priorities, and make informed decisions under time and resource constraints.
