Role Overview The Project Manager will lead the ideation, planning, execution, and monetization of event-based intellectual properties (IPs) at Zee Live. This is an end-to-end ownership role—spanning content creation, operations, partnerships, and audience engagement—with a focus on delivering high-impact, revenue-generating live experiences. The ideal candidate brings a background in media, events, advertising, or business strategy, with a strong grasp of brand-led content and monetization models.

Key Responsibilities

1. IP Development & Strategy

- Conceive and launch current IPs that align with Zee’s brand and audience goals
- Use market research and audience insights to identify trends and whitespace
- Define formats, themes, and content frameworks to differentiate each IP
- Partner with editorial, creative, and marketing teams for aligned storytelling

1. Project & Event Management

- Lead end-to-end execution—from budgeting and vendor management to logistics and timelines
- Design audience journeys and curate content to deliver high-value event experiences
- Oversee production across formats (live, hybrid, virtual), ensuring quality and consistency
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with ops, digital, sales, and production teams

1. Monetization & Partnerships

- Build monetization strategies: sponsorships, ticketing, digital revenues, and more
- Work closely with sales to create compelling pitch narratives and close brand deals




- Negotiate contracts and manage commercial relationships with vendors, talent, and partners
- Unlock ancillary revenues via merchandise, syndication, and value-added experiences

1. Marketing & Growth

- Plan and execute multi-channel promotion campaigns (digital, PR, influencer, etc.)
- Leverage Zee’s media network for amplification and audience acquisition
- Analyze event performance—audience data, engagement metrics, revenue—to inform future strategy

1. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

- Serve as the lead point of contact for external agencies, sponsors, partners, and vendors
- Foster strategic relationships with speakers, influencers, and media collaborators
- Align internal teams across editorial, sales, tech, and production for seamless delivery
