About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Manager Projects/GTM (Processed Foods) to build and scale a new processed-food business vertical from concept to commercialization.

This is a 01 business-building role, working directly with the Founder. The individual will be responsible for developing the business model, GTM strategy, operating ecosystem and execution roadmap, with the opportunity to eventually take complete ownership of the vertical and its P&L.;

What We Are Looking For

- The ideal candidate is someone who has built or launched something new, rather than only managed existing projects.
- Candidates from FMCG, Food Processing, Food & Beverage, Consumer, Retail, E-commerce, Food-tech, Strategy Consulting or Venture Building backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Build a new processed-food business vertical from concept to scale.
- Develop the business model, GTM strategy and commercialisation roadmap.

- Identify and onboard manufacturing partners, suppliers and strategic partners.




- Identify target customers and drive customer acquisition and partnerships.
- Validate products and business models through market feedback.

- Develop scalable operating processes, governance and execution mechanisms.
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic priorities and drive execution end-to-end.
- Monitor business performance, revenue, margins and commercial outcomes.

- Eventually take ownership of the P&L; and overall business vertical.

Ideal Candidate

- 5 to 12 years of experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Consumer Business, Strategy, Consulting, Venture Building or a high-growth startup.

- Proven experience in building a new business, product or category from 01.
- Robust understanding of GTM, business development and commercialization.
- Experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, partners and customers.

- Strong commercial and P&L; orientation.
- Excellent strategic thinking combined with strong execution ability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
