About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Learning & Development to lead leadership development and managerial capability-building initiatives.

The role will focus on developing strong people managers, future leaders, and high-potential talent through structured learning journeys and impactful development interventions.

The incumbent will work closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps, strengthen leadership effectiveness, support succession planning, and build a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and manage leadership and managerial development programs for Frontline Managers, Managers, Senior Managers, and HiPo talent.
- Develop structured learning journeys aligned with leadership and career stages.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and identify organizational capability gaps.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to design learning solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Build learning pathways aligned with organizational competency frameworks.




- Support succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives.
- Design learning content, facilitator guides, leadership playbooks, and development resources.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.
- Manage external trainers, coaches, consultants, and learning vendors.
- Introduce cutting-edge and digital learning solutions to improve learner engagement.
- Track participation, completion, feedback, assessments, and learning effectiveness.
- Prepare learning dashboards and leadership development reports.
- Measure business impact and continuously improve learning interventions.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in HR / Learning & Development is preferred.
- 5–8 years of overall Learning & Development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of focused experience in Leadership & Managerial Capability Development.
- Experience in Services / BPM / BPO organizations.
- Currently working as a Manager / Senior Manager or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience in designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
- Strong exposure to instructional design, stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and capability building.
