nn Role Overview:

n• Lead large-scale Brokerage / Wealth Operations (50+ team size)

n• Manage Account Opening, Maintenance, COBAM & Institutional Onboarding

n• Drive operational excellence, governance, and risk management

n• Own financials – budgeting, productivity, and cost optimization

n• Collaborate with global stakeholders for delivery and strategy alignment

n• Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs

n• Build and develop high-performing teams

nn Key Responsibilities:

n• Provide leadership across onboarding & reference data functions

n• Manage complex operations with strong control frameworks





n• Drive process improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

n• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

n• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve business challenges

n• Develop talent, improve engagement, and reduce attrition

n• Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making

nn Required Qualifications:

n• 10+ years of experience in Account Onboarding & Reference Data

n• 3+ years of leadership experience

n• Experience managing large teams (50+) and complex operations

n• Strong stakeholder management and global exposure

n• Expertise in risk management and operational controls

n• Willingness to work in night shifts

nn Preferred Qualifications:

n• MBA / CA / Finance background

n• Experience in Wealth Management operations

n• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement frameworks

n• Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
