Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 3-7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in modern Java technologies, backend frameworks, relational databases,

and microservices architecture. You will work as part of a cooperative engineering team, contributing to the design and delivery of high-quality software solutions while following industry best practices.

The role requires someone who is technically strong, communicates effectively, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a collaborative and transparent environment.

Key Responsibilities

*Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java, Spring

Boot, and the JUnit framework.

*Build scalable, secure, and maintainable RESTful APIs and microservices.

*Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

*Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.

*Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

*Write optimized SQL queries and improve database performance.

*Integrate messaging systems to support asynchronous communication.

*Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

*Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

*Collaborate closely with QA Engineers, fellow developers, and Frontend Developers to deliver high-quality software.

*Support production deployments and resolve application issues when required.

*Continuously identify opportunities to improve system architecture, code quality, and development processes.

*Strong expertise in Core Java fundamentals.

*Strong experience with Spring Boot.

*Hands-on experience with relational databases:
