Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct physical stock verification and periodic inventory audits across branches and warehouse locations
- Perform daily stock counting and reconcile physical stock with system records
- Handle barcode scanning, stock matching, and inventory validation processes
- Verify branch-to-head office stock movements for both inward and outward transfers
- Physically track and maintain records for repair items, SR items, and stock under repair
- Monitor and verify job work stock movement and material handling processes
- Assist in melting and casting stock verification and reconciliation activities
- Identify stock discrepancies, shortages, or mismatches and report them immediately to the reporting manager
- Support internal and external inventory audits by preparing stock reports and verification records
- Ensure proper documentation of all stock movement and audit activities
- Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and showroom teams to resolve stock-related discrepancies
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in counting, weighing, and inventory verification processes
- Ensure adherence to company inventory control procedures and audit standards
- Assist in improving stock handling and verification efficiency across locations

Qualifications & Experience





- M.Com (Master of Commerce)
- 3-7 years of experience in inventory handling, physical stock verification, or audit support
- Basic accounting and inventory management knowledge
- Familiarity with barcode systems and stock handling procedures
- Experience in retail, jewellery, or warehouse inventory operations will be an advantage
