Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development and space planning to final execution and handover.

Responsibilities include meeting clients to understand requirements, preparing design concepts and mood boards, coordinating construction drawings, and guiding FF&E; selections. The role involves collaborating with architects, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained during construction, and conducting regular site visits to monitor quality and progress. The designer will mentor junior team members,



manage project timelines and budgets, and present design solutions clearly and confidently to stakeholders.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru (North Bangalore).

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design for residential and commercial projects.
- Understanding of Architecture principles and integration of interiors with overall building design.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, including finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment coordination.
- Professional experience (typically 5+ years) in interior design, with a portfolio of executed projects.
- Ability to use design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management abilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in Bengaluru is an advantage.
