Concepts has designed over fifty homes across India, from complete civil overhauls to luxury apartment makeovers, and we are looking for a Senior Designer who is ready to own projects from brief to handover. /n This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a screen and render. This is a role for someone who loves the full journey — the client conversation, the site chaos, the material decisions, the moment a space comes together exactly as it was imagined. /n What you will do /n Lead design projects end to end — from initial client brief through concept, execution and handover /n Manage client relationships with confidence, warmth and clarity at every stage /n Oversee site execution — coordinating contractors, vendors and timelines to ensure delivery as designed /n Develop space plans, mood boards, material selections and working drawings /n Work closely with Pallavi Arora and the Fulcrum team on projects across residential and commercial categories /n Contribute to the design and creative direction of the practice /n What we are looking for /n 1–2 years minimum of hands-on interior design experience — designing,



managing sites and handling clients /n A design degree or diploma from a recognised institution /n Robust command of AutoCAD — SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar software a plus /n Someone who is comfortable on site as much as they are in a design meeting /n Excellent communication skills — you will be the face of Fulcrum to our clients /n A genuine eye for detail, material and proportion — not just software skills /n Based in Pune or willing to relocate /n What Fulcrum offers /n The opportunity to work on real, meaningful projects — not renders that never get built /n Direct mentorship from a principal designer with twenty years of practice /n A small, close-knit team where your work has visible impact from day one /n Exposure to the full spectrum of residential interior design — luxury apartments, makeovers, turnkey projects /n A studio culture that values craft, honesty and genuine relationships with clients /n The kind of person we are looking for /n You take ownership.
