ROLE OBJECTIVE

nAs a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the design and delivery of hospitality, residential, common amenities, and clubhouse projects, creating cutting-edge, functional, and guest-centric spaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to translate project briefs, brand vision, and operational requirements into creative and technically sound design solutions. The role requires balancing design excellence with technical feasibility while ensuring projects are delivered in line with quality standards, budgets, timelines, and business objectives.

nAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

n1. Understanding client Requirements

nInteract with client to understand their requirements and design accordingly,

ndocumenting the same and coordinating for client’s approval.

nEnsure client satisfaction by taking inputs from client and sharing and sharing the

ndevelopments as per project plan

nKeep abreast with latest market trends and technology advances applicable to the field

nof Interior Designing

n2. Tender

nPrepare Bill of Quantity.

nPrepare tender documents as per guidelines (only for small projects).

n3. Drawings and follow-ups

nEnsure that the drawings are up to the quality standard of the company and meet client

nrequirements and sign and seal the same.

nEnsure that the drawings are approved by the clients.

n4. Site supervision

nResponsible for smooth progress of work at site in all respects.

nSuggest appropriate materials as per client satisfaction and quality standards.

nOverseeing checks for snags & ensure optimum quality on site visits.

n5.Make regular project related follow-ups

nMake regular follow-ups with vendors, consultants and clients to ensure timely delivery

nof materials and collection of information.





nKeep the track of the stages in design drawings

n6. Documentation

nResponsible for arranging site documentation and design documentation for future

nreference as per standards. Preparing formats for the same and responsible for

naccuracy of all the data put in them.

n7. Checking bills

nCheck bills from the vendor & contractors to ensure they are as per agreement and

ncompetitive industry standards.

n8. Pricing & Product knowledge

nMust have and update thorough knowledge of various building norms, material

nspecifications, market costing & basic knowledge of Services (Electrical, Plumbing and

nHVAC works) and overseeing all relevant data on the same coming from sub-

ncontractors.

n9. Documentation

nResponsible for arranging site documentation and design documentation for future

nreference as per standards. Preparing formats for the same and responsible for

naccuracy of all the data put in them.

n10. Coordination

nResponsible for interaction with service consultants and architecture team for

ndesigning and execution of project.

nShare their ideas with the designing team to facilitate the execution of project.

nResponsible for joint coordination with civil engineers, interior designers and 3D

ndesigners to streamline the project.

n11. Communication

nInteract regularly with all stake holders in all projects.
