nnJob Title: Senior Implementation Analyst

nnExperience: 6+ years

nnKey Responsibilities:

n• Execute implementation activities across lifecycle phases

n• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and

nensure accurate system configurations and rule setups

n• Configure product modules based on client workflows and requirements

n• Validate configurations through UAT support and scenario testing and troubleshoot

nconfiguration issues during implementation and post go-live

n• Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, customer

nsuccess, and support to drive smooth implementations

n• Identify and escalate risks,



resolve issues proactively, and communicate status

nupdates to stakeholders regularly

n• Foster strong client relationships to support retention and identify opportunities for

nupselling or expansion

nnRequired Qualifications:

nn• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field

n• Hands-on experience in implementations of SaaS products, preferably in healthcare

nor healthtech sectors

n• Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards (HL7, FHIR, X12)

n• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

n• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service

n• Willingness to work overlapping time zones

nPreferred Qualifications:

n• Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems (EHR, EMR)
