We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR skilled to join our team in Gurgaon and take ownership of key areas of the HR function across the employee lifecycle. The role will work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, build strong teams, strengthen employee engagement and drive a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions, understand manpower requirements, and ensure timely hiring of the right talent.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee records, policies, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Drive the annual PMS cycle, goal setting,



performance reviews, and support managers in managing performance effectively.
- Develop and implement initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, and organisational culture.
- Work closely with BU Heads and managers to understand people challenges and provide practical HR solutions.
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and sensitive people matters with maturity and confidentiality.
- Build strong relationships with leadership and employees across the organisation and act as a trusted HR partner.

What We’re Looking For

- 12–18 years of overall HR experience, with strong experience across HR generalist and business partnering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Performance Management.
- Experience in Employee Engagement, Talent Management and Succession Planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
- Experience in Events / Experiential / MICE / Media / Creative industries will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
