Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Senior Human Resources Executive to manage and strengthen HR operations across a fast-growing, operations-driven organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, operational, and field roles.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source, screen, interview, evaluate, and onboard candidates.
- Manage job postings, recruitment agencies, interview schedules, and offer processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.

HR Operations

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance, salary inputs, deductions, and employee changes.
- Ensure timely and consistent execution of HR processes and policies.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related queries.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Support managers in resolving employee-related issues and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Performance Management

- Coordinate performance appraisal and review cycles.
- Track employee goals, performance reviews,



confirmations, and improvement plans.
- Work with managers to identify performance gaps and development requirements.

Compliance & HR Documentation

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR policies, employee documentation, and statutory records.
- Coordinate with external consultants, payroll partners, and statutory vendors where required.

HR Analytics & Reporting

- Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, attrition, recruitment, attendance, and other HR KPIs.
- Maintain HR trackers and dashboards.
- Analyse HR data and provide actionable insights to management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- 4 - 7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in a startup, logistics, transportation, mobility, EV, manufacturing, or operations-driven organization will be an advantage.
