We are striving to deliver excellence in the travel industry and have been operating in Gurgaon for a while. /n /n Position: Senior Travel Sales Consultant – UK Process /n Location: Gurgaon, Sector 44, Near HUDA Metro Station /n Experience: 3+ Years in the UK Travel Sales Process /n Salary: Best in town plus excellent incentives /n Industry: Tour/ Travel /n Shift timings: UK Shift timings, 6 days working /n Role Description /n We are looking for a hardcore Travel Sales consultant with a good understanding of fares who can think "out of the box" and is an expert in Reservations, Fares, routing, PNR Creation, etc. /n This is a full time on-site role, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with sales specifically for the UK market. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented person with rich experience in the hard-core Travel industry. /n Eligibility Criteria: /n 3-10 years of hardcore sales experience in the UK Travel sector - Air Flights only. /n Only B2C (Voice Process).



/n Confidently taking and handling calls from UK clients and offering them the best available deals and converting them to Sales. /n Meeting and overachieving their targets while maintaining call quality and accuracy. /n Need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow-ups /n Advising clients of the best solutions to their requirements. /n Generating new and repeat sales. /n Upselling and adding on ancillary products. /n GDS Amadeus knowledge is a must, with Airport codes. /n Excellent USA Geographical knowledge. /n Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks. /n Exceptional Sales & Convincing Skills. /n Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. /n Flexibility to shift patterns as the sales operation is open on weekends and bank holidays /n Interested candidates can send their CVs to [email protected] /n Other benefits: /n 1.
