Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade Generative AI and data-driven applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, FastAPI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, REST APIs, React, TypeScript, cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD.

This is a hands-on engineering role requiring experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production, including application development, cloud deployment, observability, performance optimization, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop production-grade applications using LLMs and Generative AI.
- Build and implement RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, semantic search, vector retrieval, reranking, and contextual generation.
- Develop AI Agents, copilots, intelligent assistants, and AI-powered business applications.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise documents, APIs, databases, and internal systems.
- Develop scalable and secure REST APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Build microservices, integrations, and reusable software components.
- Develop modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Integrate frontend applications with AI services, APIs, databases, and backend systems.
- Deploy and operate applications on Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Containerize applications using Docker and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, performance optimization, and production support.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, estimation, and technical discussions.
- Identify and resolve technical risks, performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and integration challenges.
- Apply software engineering, security,



scalability, maintainability, and responsible AI best practices.

Required Skills

Must Have:

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Strong experience with FastAPI and REST API development.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI / LLM applications.
- Strong understanding and implementation experience with RAG.
- Experience with LLMs, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Experience building scalable backend services and microservices.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or GCP.
- Experience taking applications or AI solutions from development to production.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, testing, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Positive to Have:

- React and TypeScript experience.
- Experience with AI Agents, MCP, copilots, or multi-agent systems.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and SQL.
- Experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Experience with AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, guardrails, and responsible AI.
- Experience optimizing LLM cost, latency, reliability, and response quality.
- Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise systems.
