Job Summary:

Senior Executive - IT Asset Management & Support is responsible for managing the organizations IT assets and providing technical support to ensure the efficient operation of IT systems. This role involves tracking and managing hardware and software assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and providing technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT asset management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge about Windows, Outlook, and System Troubleshooting.
- OS and Software Installation/Troubleshooting
- Computer hardware management
- Working Experience in Inventory Tools management
- Store Management
- Documentation and reporting (Hands-on Experience on Excel & PPT).
- Good communication skills
