Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Design Engineer to join our Product Development team to design and develop next-generation Industrial IoT (IIoT), Data Acquisition (DAQ), Condition Monitoring, and Edge Computing products.
The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in analog and digital circuit design, embedded system architecture, microcontroller-based hardware design, signal conditioning, power electronics, industrial communication interfaces, and measurement system design.
The candidate will be responsible for the complete embedded hardware development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, hardware architecture, component selection, schematic design, prototype validation, debugging, manufacturing support, and product release. The role requires close collaboration with firmware, software, and testing teams to deliver reliable, high-performance industrial products.
Knowledge of Embedded Firmware Development is desirable; however, it is not a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Participate in the complete embedded product development lifecycle from concept to production.
- Develop embedded hardware solutions for Industrial IoT, Data Acquisition, and Condition Monitoring systems.
- Prepare product architecture and technical specifications.
- Support prototype development, validation, manufacturing, and product release.
- Work closely with firmware, software, Testing teams.
Analog & Digital Circuit Design
- Design analog and digital electronic circuits for industrial applications.
- Design high-performance signal conditioning circuits for industrial sensors.
- Develop mixed-signal embedded systems with optimum accuracy and reliability.
- Design low-noise analog front-end circuits.
- Design power supply circuits, DC-DC converters, battery-operated systems, and power management circuits.
- Design protection circuits for industrial environments.
- Select components considering performance, availability, reliability, lifecycle, and cost.
Signal Conditioning & Measurement System Design
- Design signal conditioning circuits for:
- RTDs
- Thermocouples
- Pressure Transmitters
- Vibration Sensors
- Flow Meters
- Current Transformers (CTs)
- Voltage Sensors
- 420 mA transmitters
- Voltage measurement circuits
- Design Analog Front-End circuits using:
- Instrumentation Amplifiers
- Operational Amplifiers
- ADC Driver Circuits
- Isolation Amplifiers
- Filters
- Protection Circuits
- Design anti-aliasing filters and isolation circuits.
- Select suitable ADCs based on:
- Resolution
- Accuracy

- Input Configuration
System Architecture & Performance Analysis The candidate should have a strong understanding of complete measurement system design. Should be capable of defining:

- Implement grounding, shielding, isolation, and filtering techniques.
- Design for mixed-signal environments with minimal electrical noise.
- Improve measurement accuracy by minimizing EMI and interference.
- Perform root cause analysis of signal quality issues.
Embedded System Architecture
- Strong understanding of 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit microcontroller architectures.
- Experience with ARM Cortex-M platforms including STM32, NXP, TI, Microchip, or equivalent.
