Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with 57 years of professional experience to design, develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications and backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, database development, API integration, debugging, and software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using .NET technologies.

Develop and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrations.

¢ Work with ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC and C# to build scalable applications.

¢ Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and functions.

¢ Analyze technical requirements and translate business needs into effective software solutions.

¢ Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.

¢ Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.

¢ Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and development standards.

¢ Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, product, and other engineering teams.

¢ Identify performance bottlenecks and implement application and database optimization.

¢ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies,



sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.

¢ Stay updated with modern .NET technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

¢ 57 years of professional software development experience.

¢ Strong proficiency in C# and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.

¢ Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC.

¢ Strong experience in REST APIs and web services.

¢ Strong knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, joins, indexing, and query optimization.

¢ Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.

¢ Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.

¢ Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic front-end integration.

¢ Experience with Git or other version-control systems.

¢ Good understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.

¢ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Valuable to Have

¢ Experience with .NET 6/7/8 or later versions.

¢ Knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms.

¢ Exposure to microservices and distributed systems.

¢ Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

¢ Knowledge of caching, messaging, or performance optimization techniques.

¢ Experience working on e-commerce or high-traffic web applications.

Education

¢ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

¢ Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
