nWe are looking for a creative, agile and execution-focused Senior Digital Content Creator & Storyteller to strengthen our digital and social media presence.

nThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in content creation, storytelling, social media, video production/editing, motion graphics and AI-enabled content creation . The candidate should be capable of taking an idea from concept to final execution and proactively identifying content opportunities.

nKey Responsibilities

- Create and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
n
- Develop platform-specific content, reels, short-form videos, interviews, testimonials and event content.
n
- Research and create stories around products, customers, dealers, projects, employees and industry trends.
n
- Write scripts, captions, headlines, articles and other digital content.
n
- Independently edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects .
n
- Create motion graphics, subtitles, transitions and other visual elements.
n
- Develop thought-leadership content around construction, building materials, innovation and industry trends.
n
- Use AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, copywriting, image/video creation, editing and content repurposing.
n
- Create social-media creatives using Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva .
n
- Monitor social trends,



competitor activity and content performance to improve engagement.
n
- Coordinate with marketing teams, agencies and external stakeholders.
n
- Visit dealer locations, project sites and events for content creation when required.
n

nRequired Skills

n
- Robust storytelling, copywriting and scripting skills.
n
- Excellent understanding of social-media content and formats.
n
- Hands-on expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva .
n
- Strong Reel/short-form video editing and motion graphics skills.
n
- Practical experience using Generative AI tools for content creation.
n
- Ability to simplify technical information into engaging content.
n
- Strong visual sense, creativity and attention to detail.
n

nCandidate Profile

n

n
- 46 years of relevant experience in digital content, social media, branded content or creative production.
n
- Experience in Building Materials, FMCG, Retail, Automobile or other consumer-facing brands preferred.
n
- Brand-side or strong agency experience preferred.
n
- Strong portfolio of personally executed videos, Reels, social creatives and storytelling content .
n
- Proactive, fast-moving and comfortable working independently.
n
- Willingness to travel locally for shoots and content creation.
n
