We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketer to drive Bhima Jewelleryâs retail brand visibility, customer engagement, lead generation, and showroom footfall through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in performance marketing, social media campaigns, local retail promotions, and customer acquisition strategies. The role requires a creative and analytical professional who can manage end-to-end digital campaigns while collaborating with showroom operations, branding, creative, and business teams to maximize retail sales and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase showroom walk-ins, customer enquiries, and retail sales.
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Execute local store marketing campaigns for showroom promotions, launches, and festive events.
- Manage social media campaigns, audience engagement, and brand communication activities.
- Coordinate with branding, creative, and showroom teams for campaign execution and promotional activities.
- Optimize lead generation campaigns for customer acquisition, enquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including ROI, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Manage remarketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and customer retention initiatives.
- Plan and execute festive and seasonal campaigns including Akshaya Tritiya, Diwali, wedding season, and anniversary promotions.
- Manage influencer collaborations, promotional tie-ups, and digital brand partnerships.
- Prepare marketing reports,
campaign insights, dashboards, and performance presentations for management.
- Monitor retail marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Digital Marketer, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and Local SEO/Local Search Optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and engagement strategies.
- Experience in lead generation and retail customer acquisition campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing and CRM marketing platforms.
- Understanding of remarketing, conversion tracking, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing multi-location retail campaigns and showroom promotions.
- Strong analytical, reporting, campaign monitoring, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking with a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in jewellery retail, fashion retail, luxury retail, or lifestyle marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, retail promotional campaigns, video marketing, and short-form content strategies.
- Exposure to omnichannel retail marketing, showroom launch campaigns, and regional retail promotions is an added advantage.
