Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, monitoring, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage highly available and scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, deployment, and release processes.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.

- Manage AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS/ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Route 53, ALB/NLB, and Auto Scaling.

- Build and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes/EKS environments.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployments, and operational tasks using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.

- Implement cloud security best practices, IAM policies, secrets management, encryption, and network security.

- Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, or similar tools.

- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application deployment, networking, and production issues.

- Improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and disaster-recovery capabilities.

- Implement and maintain backup, DR, high availability, and business continuity solutions.

- Work closely with development, QA, security, and operations teams to improve software delivery and reliability.

- Participate in on-call/production support and incident management.





- Drive DevOps best practices, automation, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 610+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, or related roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.

- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.

- Hands-on experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Strong experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, or similar CI/CD platforms.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS.

- Good understanding of AWS networking including VPC, subnets, security groups, NACLs, load balancers, NAT Gateway, and Route 53.

- Strong knowledge of IAM, security, encryption, secrets management, and least-privilege principles.

- Proficiency in Bash and/or Python scripting.

- Experience with Git and Git-based development workflows.

- Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, etc.

- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and cloud-native architecture.

Valuable to Have

- AWS certification such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or Solutions Architect – Professional.

- Experience with AWS EKS, ECS, Lambda, Fargate, and serverless architectures.

- Experience implementing GitOps using Argo CD or Flux.

- Knowledge of Helm, Ansible, Packer, or similar tools.

- Experience with FinOps, AWS cost optimization, and resource governance.

- Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks and DevSecOps practices.

- Experience with SRE principles, SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.
