About the RoleAssure Clinics is looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Senior Consultant to join our Mumbai team.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record in consultations, patient conversion, and revenue generation who can independently manage the complete patient journey from the first consultation through closure.

This role is ideal for someone who combines excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed one-to-one consultations with prospective patients.
- Understand patient concerns, expectations, and requirements.
- Explain recommended procedures, treatment plans and commercials clearly and confidently.
- Build trust and guide patients effectively through the decision-making process.
- Independently manage consultations from initial interaction through final closure.
- Handle objections related to pricing, competition, procedure, and expectations.
- Maintain consistent and structured follow-ups with prospective patients.
- Convert qualified consultations into confirmed procedures.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Manage the consultation pipeline and maintain accurate CRM updates.
- Coordinate closely with doctors, calling teams and centre operations.
- Ensure an excellent patient experience throughout the consultation and conversion journey.

Who We’re Looking For




- 4–8 years of experience in consultation, counselling or sales.
- Strong track record of patient conversion and revenue achievement.
- Experience in Hair Transplant, Dermatology, Aesthetics, Cosmetic Surgery, IVF, Dental, Bariatric or similar healthcare segments will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, objection-handling and closing abilities.
- Confident in handling high-value consultations independently.
- Target-driven and comfortable taking ownership of monthly revenue goals.
- Strong follow-up and pipeline management discipline.
- Skilled, confident, and patient-focused approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
