The Job : Being the face of the company and being responsible for planning, managing, and executing a wide variety of events ranging from media drives, employee meets, dealer conferences, festivals and special events. /n /n Educational Qualification : Graduate/ Masters in Event Management or MBA /n Work Experience : 8+ years in the event industry. /n /n Location : Mumbai /n /n The Job Responsibility : /n /n

- In-depth understanding of the client requirement and transparent translation of the brief to the relevant internal stakeholders.

/n

- Responsible for successful execution of the project within timeline and budget.

/n

- Resource scheduling- internal and external as per event specifications.

/n

- Ensuring quality control of external resources- manpower, event-specific collaterals, event production, etc, and internal resources.

/n





- Preparing project checklists and timelines and overseeing planning module progress for smooth execution of the event.

/n

- Oversee budgeting process with the respective production manager for the project.

/n

- Successful account management of key accounts through target achievement and effective resource allocation to projects.

/n

- Working closely with the creative team in terms of ideation and coming up with ideas as per the client’s requirement.

/n

- Ability to manage small to medium size events on one’s own as well as be able to direct a team.
