About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (Sr. BSA) to support Asia RO in enabling and strengthening Market Data Governance Councils (DGCs) through research, requirements analysis, market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, governance operations, and feature planning.

The role will serve as a senior analytical and coordination function supporting informed roadmap decisions and helping markets operationalize data governance priorities.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Data Governance, Business Analysis, Data Management, or Product Analysis , along with the ability to independently engage with senior stakeholders, analyze complex business requirements, drive governance activities, and deliver high-quality roadmap and reporting artifacts.

Key Responsibilities

Market Data Governance Council Support

- Support markets in establishing and effectively running Data Governance Councils.
- Prepare agendas, discussion points, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Track council decisions, actions, owners, dependencies, and follow-ups.
- Drive coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of governance actions.

Governance Operations
- Partner with market stakeholders to understand and prioritize governance requirements.
- Support role mapping for Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Data Custodians.
- Monitor governance initiatives and provide regular progress updates.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and areas requiring additional support.

Research & Analysis
- Research data governance best practices and market operating models.
- Analyze market inputs to identify common business and governance needs.
- Conduct structured analysis to support Asia RO roadmap and prioritization decisions.




- Translate research and stakeholder inputs into actionable insights and recommendations.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain governance trackers, action logs, status reports, and decision records.
- Prepare management presentations and summary reports.
- Document governance processes, templates, operating models, and market progress.
- Support creation and maintenance of roadmap and feature-planning artifacts.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with market stakeholders, Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Custodians.
- Facilitate discussions and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Communicate governance priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Support senior leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–14 years of overall professional experience.
- Solid experience in Data Governance, Business Analysis, Data Management, or Product Analysis .
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and business analysis.
- Experience independently managing stakeholder discussions and governance initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities.
