- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Financial/Banking background preferred
- Strong experience in digital transformation or modernization projects
- Excellent BRD, FRD/FSD and User Story documentation skills
- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management experience
- Experience working with developers, architects, QA and business teams
- Robust process mapping and workflow documentation skills
- Experience identifying process gaps and recommending improvements
- Experience with UAT, user testing, demos and stakeholder validation
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience managing product backlogs, sprint reviews, retrospectives and stand-ups
- Government, Legal or Public Sector case management experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA is a plus
• CSPO or similar Agile certification is an added advantage
