Senior Associate – Taxation & Compliance /n R S A V & Company, Chartered Accountants is looking for an experienced professional to join our team at Bhopal. /n Location: Bagmugaliya, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh /n Employment Type: Full-time /n Workplace Type: On-site Key Responsibilities/n /n

- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, companies and other assessees.

/n

- Handling GST compliances and return filings.

/n

- Handling TDS compliances and return filings.

/n

- Handling PF and ESIC compliances and return filings.

/n

- Periodic review of accounting records and backups.

/n

- Preparation of financial statements, audit reports, certificates and other qualified reports.

/n

- Coordination with clients for collection of information, documents and statutory records.

/n

- Maintenance of proper physical and digital client records.

/n

- Managing and coordinating with the team to ensure timely completion of assignments.

/n

- Handling audit assignments and ensuring timely completion and submission of reports.

/n

- Undertaking other taxation, audit, compliance and professional assignments as entrusted by the Partners.

/n Eligibility/n Candidates meeting any of the following criteria may apply: /n /n

- Chartered Accountant (CA); or





/n

- Cost Accountant (CMA); or

/n

- Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience; or

/n

- Semi-Qualified Cost Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience; or

/n

- Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Chartered Accountant firm or taxation and compliance profile.

/n Desired Skills/n /n

- Strong working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF and ESIC compliances.

/n

- Sound accounting and financial reporting knowledge.

/n

- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

/n

- Good communication, client-handling and team-management skills.

/n

- Professional approach with the ability to independently handle assignments and meet statutory deadlines.
