This is a role for someone who understands that employer brand and corporate brand are not separate and that they reinforce each other. You'll work on EVP development, internal communications, and the visual and narrative coherence of our brand across channels and touchpoints.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalise befree's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) — in partnership with HR and leadership
- Build employer brand content: employee stories, culture narratives, LinkedIn employer page, Glassdoor presence
- Own internal communications: newsletters, announcements, townhall materials, and all-hands decks
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across internal and external touchpoints
- Develop and manage corporate collateral: company profiles, Hiring decks, credentials documents
- Collaborate with marketing and design on consistent visual identity across all brand expressions
- Support the creation of thought leadership content that builds befree's credibility as a brand
- Monitor and manage brand perception across review platforms and social channels
- Support recruitment marketing by partnering with HR on job ads, careers page, and candidate experience
Experience/ Educational Qualification:
- 4 years of experience in employer branding, corporate communications, or brand management
- Hands-on experience building or refreshing an EVP
- Robust writing skills with exceptional language skills.
- Understanding of internal communications dynamics in growing organisations
- Eye for brand consistency and visual coherence across formats and channels
- Comfortable working across functions: marketing, HR, leadership, and external agencies
Technical Skills:
- Experience in professional services, fintech, or outsourcing sector branding
- Familiarity with employer branding platforms (LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Glassdoor employer tools)
- Prior exposure to multi-geography brand management (India + Western markets)
