Senior Architect with 10-15 years of experience in a reputed (Minimum 250 architectural firm or leading real estate/developer organization.
The candidate will be responsible for architectural design, coordination and execution of high-rise residential/commercial projects from concept and detailed drawings through completion.
Key responsibilities include reviewing architectural drawings, preparing concept/block layouts and unit plans, coordinating with architects, MEP, landscape, interior, green building and other characters)* consultants, resolving technical/coordination issues, and ensuring timely design implementation and execution.
The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of high-rise construction and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp and 3D Max. Knowledge of KMC building by-laws is preferred.
Robust design interpretation, coordination and project execution skills are required.
